QUESTION:    Is the price on the website final? 

ANSWER:      Yes, the price on the website is final. Only shipment costs are charged extra.


QUESTION:    How to pay?

ANSWER:       Currently you can pay by Card and for some countries also cash on delivery is accepted. For cash on delivery in countries outside the Eurozone, we enter the price in Euro according to the order. You pay cash on delivery in domestic currency, the exchange rate is determined by the carrier and may differ from the official one (up to 4,5% depending on carrier).


QUESTION:    What countries do you ship to?

ANSWER:       We ship all over the world.


QUESTION:    How do you deliver?

ANSWER:       We send the products by regular post or courier service. After sending the product you get email notification together with a tracking number. Shipment is charged based on the country and weight of delivery and you can see the shipment charge after you confirm the order.


QUESTION:    Is personal collection possible?

ANSWER:       Unfortunately, products are shipped from Russia through logistic agents in EU or Russia therefore personal collection is not possible.


QUESTION:    How to choose correct size?

ANSWER:       To choose a correct size it is necessary to measure yourself with tailor’s tape measure and to choose from the size chart which is located next to the product description. NOTE! Sizes are different! Even the products which look very similar have often a different design and size. Please always use the size chart under the product. The size often consists of two numbers (e.g. two-digit 50 – width or one-digit 5 – height) or the sizes are linked (e.g. size 50 and 52 are linked in one size 50-52).


QUESTION:   Why I fail to buy/ add the product to the cart?

ANSWER:      If you choose a product and you see the text „Not available“ or „Not available selected option“ or „Quantity in stock: 0“ it means that the product is currently not available in stock. QUESTION:   When the product will be in store again?

ANSWER:      If the product is available at the manufacturer we try to get it in a month. If the product is not available it depends on the manufacturer and conditions. There are the products which are out of stock on long-term basis or we normally do not keep them in our store. QUESTION:    I made the order but I did not receive the product, what’s wrong?

ANSWER:      After you finish the order you are supposed to receive a confirmation email. If it‘s not so the order was not processed correctly or you put a wrong email.


QUESTION:    What to do if the size is wrong?
